Subprocessors
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Adsero, LLC (d/b/a Kraitos) uses the third-party subprocessors listed below to deliver Kraitos AIDR. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement requiring appropriate technical and organizational measures, and processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service.
This list should be read together with the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy.
Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data categories | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean | Kubernetes hosting, managed PostgreSQL, object storage | All Service data | United States |
| Cloudflare | Edge TLS termination, DNS, DDoS protection, secure tunneling | Network metadata, request headers | Global edge network |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing | Billing contact and payment data | United States / EU |
| Mailgun | Transactional email delivery (invitations, alerts, account mail) | Recipient address and message content | United States / EU |
| Sentry | Application error tracking and performance monitoring | Error traces, limited request context | United States |
| Google Analytics on the marketing website only | Website usage data; no dashboard or agent data | United States |
Customer-configured integrations
The following are not subprocessors of Kraitos. They receive data only when a customer chooses to configure the integration, and the customer controls that relationship:
- Slack — alert notifications delivered to a customer-owned workspace
- Webhooks — JSON alert delivery to a customer-specified HTTPS endpoint, such as PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or a SIEM pipeline
Changes to this list
We will update this page before engaging a new subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Customers who have signed the DPA may object to a new subprocessor as described in that document.
